Our return policy is in accordance with the Israeli consumer protection regulations 2010 and consumer protection law 1981. 

Mayu accepts returns on items within 10 days from receiving the order.

Sale items returns will be accepted within 5 days from receiving the order.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, undamaged and unwashed.

All items must have original MAYU tags and designer labels still attached.

Items with special packaging, such as branded fabric bags and jewelry boxes, must be returned with the original package.

Shoes are to be returned with their original dust bag and shoe box, as these are considered a part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box to avoid any damage during shipping. 

Please take care while trying on the items upon arrival.

We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.

In case a returned item does not comply with our return policy, it will be sent back to the customer by us.

Please note that it is important to ship international packages with a tracking number. Be sure to keep your receipt and tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

To avoid any additional charges at our local customs, please make sure to mark the items on the parcel as “returned goods”. Mayu will not be held accountable for parcels detained at customs due to insufficient or errored documents. In such a case, the return will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Once your return has been received by us, a refund will be issued back to your original paying method within 10 business days, excluding all delivery costs and customs duties. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email containing a refund confirmation. 


We are doing our best to make sure the items arrive in good condition, and are not in any way damaged. If you receive an item that is flawed or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

After confirming, we will make an exchange or a refund to your choice.
